Order Timeline
Handcrafted Products
- Production time is 3-7 business days (long during holidays or busy periods).
Print-On-Demand Products
- Production time is usually 1-2 business days (some exceptions may apply).
Handmade Disclaimer
The product you receive might vary slightly from the product photo due to the handcrafted nature of each item, fabric pattern placement, or dye lot variations. These are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of your order.
Care of Products
- All products are Dry Clean Only, unless otherwise noted
- Do NOT use bleach
- Do NOT use cleaning chemicals - this includes "freshening" or "spot removal" products, as they may damage fabrics.
Care & Use Disclaimer
Please treat you home décor products with care. They are handcrafted with love and designed to provide years of beauty, but they may be damaged by improper use.
- Do not leave items in direct sunlight or displayed in windows for long periods; fading and fiber breakdown can occur.
- Do not leave items outdoors; fabrics will fade and deteriorate when exposed to weather.
- Zipper are commercial-grade, but forcing them can cause damage. If resistance is felt, gently back up the zipper, smooth the fabric and try again.
- Fabrics are intended to withstand normal household use and wear. With proper care, they will remain beautiful for years.
Shipping
- Orders ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
- Free shipping is available for U.S. and Canadian Orders.
- International shipping is available for select countries (e.g. UK, Australia). Rates are calculated at checkout.
- Expedited shipping options are available but do not shorten production times.
- International Customers: Import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
- The Teal Leopard is not responsible for carrier delays, especially during holidays or peak seasons.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Once an order has been handed to the carrier, The Teal Leopard is not responsible for loss, delays, or damage during transit.
- For items over $75USD, customers are encouraged to choose a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Handcrafted Products
- Contact within: 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery.
- We only replace items if they are defective or arrive with damage (not due to shipping service).
- Contact us first for approval at the.teal.leopard17@gmail.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Cancellations within: 24 Hours of purchase.
Print-On-Demand Products
- Contact within: 7 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
- Cancellation accepted within: 4 Hours of purchase.
- POD Items are eligible for exchanges only, unless defective or damaged.
- Defective or damaged POD items are typically replaced without requiring a return.
Note: Refunds may take up to 15 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company (it may take time to post).
- Next contact your bank (processing times vary).
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact me @ the.teal.leopard17@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized items (unless damaged or defective).
- Pillow Inserts.
- Gift Cards.
- Sale Items
- Items damaged by misuse, improper care, odors, or cleaning chemicals.
